Samenvatting
The Interconnecting Cisco Network Devices Part 2 (ICND2) course is the second half of the ICND curriculum associated with the CCNA Routing and Switching certification.
The goal of this course is to provide students with the key skills needed to successfully deploy and troubleshoot routers and switches in a medium-sized network.
The ICND2 course focuses on the configuration and troubleshooting of Layer 2 technologies such as VLANs, STP, PPP and Frame Relay, as well as Layer 3 technologies such as EIGRP and OSPF for IPv4 and IPv6.
It also includes coverage of IP Services and Cisco IOS Management.
This course provides preparation for the 200-101 ICND2 exam and 200-120 CCNA exam.
Students pursuing the CCNA Routing and Switching certification should attend parts 1 & 2 of the ICND training.

- Configure and troubleshoot routed and switched IPv4 and IPv6 internetworks
- Expand a small-sized, switched LAN to a medium-sized LAN with multiple switches, supporting VLANs, trunking, and spanning tree protocol
- Improve uplink speeds using EtherChannel
- Provide gateway redundancy using FHRPs
- Configure, verify, and troubleshoot EIGRP for IPv4 and IPv6
- Configure, verify, and troubleshoot Multiarea OSPFv2 and OSPFv3
- Identify and implement WAN technologies based on network requirements
- Manage and maintain Cisco devices with Network Management Protocols
- Manage and maintain Cisco IOS Images and Configuration Files
